Return and Refund Policy

Opened or partially used food products are not returnable unless a problem exists with the quality of the product. Since the manufacturers of the products we sell do not specifically formulate for taste, smell, consistency, color or other factors unrelated to healthful nutrition, these factors will not be considered just cause for return of opened or partially used products.

Our responsibility for damage ceases upon acceptance by the transport company. Purchasers are counseled against acknowledging the receipt of goods before careful inspections have been made. We will assist in handling claims against shipper.

Every effort is made to ship promptly. We make every effort to ensure that items in stock are shipped within 48 hours. You will be notified if there will be a significant delay.

No credit or refund will be given on returns after 30 days. Discontinued, used or special order items, or items not in clean, resalable condition may not be returned and no credit or refund will be given for such items.

Returns will not be accepted without authorization. If a return is authorized, customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

If shipment is refused by customer, any shipping charges and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

All items returned are charged a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any credit or refund.
